Easy Tools for Beautiful Presentation

Bahasa Indonesia>> >>

I really love designing presentations, posters, etc, and I believe that good visual is important to deliver a strong message. So I was thinking that I wanted to share some of the tools that I have been using to make my presentations, maybe they will be of some use for you. All the tools I am using are very easy and (mostly) free.

prezi.com
Well known, beautiful tool to make presentations online. Prezi is especially useful if we are working in groups and want to edit the presentation together. Prezi is relatively very easy to use, and there are many tutorials about it on youtube, here I have added one of such tutorials.

Prezi has been used in many TED talks, to spice up the presentation a little bit, you can see the TED talks that uses Prezi here. The video below is an example of a TED presentation that uses Prezi (of course the skills on this one is super advance), but I think you can get the point.

piktochart.com
My recent love of my life is a online tool to make presentation, posters, and in general info-graphics. It is really easy to use and it makes things look effortlessly cool, below is a super short tutorial on piktochart (because really its so easy you don’t need any tutorial). Even with the free version we can already do a lot with piktochart.

unsplash.com
This is a website that offers free high resolution pictures that we can use for any purpose. This is good because it makes us feel safer in using the pictures for our own campaigns. Plus the pictures are gorgeous.

logomakr.com
Is a website that offers free logos that you can use for info-graphics, website, poster, you name it! It is just one of the coolest things on the internet for me.

Just by using the tools I mentioned above (and or a regular power point software) we can already make so many cool things. My own website was just built by using the logos made by logomakr.com and pictures from unsplash.com (and my own), very easy and beautiful. On this link you can also access an info-graph I made on Indonesian Energy that uses just the tools I mentioned above.

I would also love to hear what your favorite tools are. Hope this post was useful for you! I will update this list whenever I find new beautiful and easy tools.
